Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration: Any Dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).

 

15. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update the information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

 

16. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
